Update on waste collections from Buckinghamshire Council

Waste collections
I’m pleased to advise that household waste collection services are now all back up and running across Buckinghamshire for the first time since the coronavirus outbreak.

The final area affected – food waste collections in the Chiltern and Wycombe areas − resumed this week. This means that the following services are all now available:
- Refuse bin collections
- Recycling bin collections
- Food waste collections
- Bulky waste collections
- Green waste collections
- Bin deliveries
A tremendous amount of planning and reorganisation has taken place to reinstate these services while ensuring social distancing rules are followed to protect the crews. Some of the initial rounds have been tricky, particularly with bins so full, however the crews are doing a great job of catching up.
Don't forget your bin collection will take place one day later than usual this week because of the Bank Holiday.
