News from the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)

If you are a patient registered with a GP practice in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire, you are invited to take part in a short survey about how your practice communicates with you.

Across these areas, GP practices use various tools to enable their patients to contact them. These may include online consultations, video consultations and text messaging.

The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) would like your feedback on these tools and how they help to manage your health.

The survey should only take about five minutes to complete and is open until Sunday, 21 November. To take part, please go to: https://jointheconversation.scwcsu.nhs.uk/your-views-are-needed

We would be very grateful if you could please take the time to give your views and also share with friends, family and colleagues.
